Lucky, the St. Baldrick's mascotThe price is $2000 and I have 12 days to raise it, so I’ll get right to the point.

For those of you who know me, you’re probably aware that the fauxhawk has become a bit of a fixture for me. It may be my most easily recognizable trait, and I’ve grown to love it….

But on March 7th, all that will change. I’ll be joining the likes of Michael Chiklis, Telly Savalas, and Wooly Willy. I’ll be shaving my head as a show of solidarity for those fighting the battle with cancer – especially kids and teens. St Baldrick’s, if you don’t know already, is an organization that raises funds to advance cancer research and has a lot of fun in the process.

I’ll be one of approximately 200 people who are participating here, and I’ve set a personal goal of $2000. Can I meet that goal in 12 days? On my own, no. And that’s where you come in. I need donations to help this great cause. I know that times are tough, and everyone’s wallets are a little tighter…but it doesn’t take much. Every dollar is one dollar closer to the goal and one more dollar that goes to help those dealing with cancer. I can’t think of a better way to spend a few dollars…can you?
